Mr. Satish Magar (2009-2011) : President's Message

It is a matter of honor for me to take over the responsibility as President of CREDAI-Pune (formerly PBAP) for the period 2009-11.

CREDAI-Pune (formerly PBAP) has been one of the most active Associations in the Real Estate segment throughout the country. It has been a trend setting organization and has done a tremendous job for its members and their customers.

In this era of Global Economic meltdown members of CREDAI-Pune (formerly PBAP) have initiated an extensive programme on Affordable Homes. Many of our members have already launched Housing Schemes, which match the budgets of an average middle-income family, and we are confident many more will be launched in the near future.

In addition to the various activities undertaken by CREDAI-Pune (formerly PBAP), we all together will work on streamlining of Rules & Regulations and the early sanction of the Development Plan for extended areas of Pune Municipal Corporation so that additional land stock will be made available for affordable housing.

We also will make our concentrated efforts to market Pune City, attract new business and make our city as one of the Leading Growth Engines for the country’s economy.
